During the summer months, people living nearby take advantage of the influx of tourists by setting up food shacks outside their houses. Some of them sell summer favorites like halo-halo and iced candy. :)

Visiting Paoay ChurchWe were told that Paoay Church was a must-see in Ilocos, and indeed it was! When we came here, they had just finished renovating the walls outside the church. They were still fixing the ceilings (I think), but it was still a sight to behold.
