One thing not miss here
The view of the castle in the night
Stayed at
Travelodge Durham
Ate at
A pub in Durham town

Durham was my first stop (outside of Birmingham) on a 1 week trip to the UK in 2015. I was visiting as part of the India-UK exchange and attended a couple of workshops at University of Birmingham and delivered a lecture on Making Heritage Fun!

My connection with Durham goes back a bit – Jamie Davies and Dr. Mary Brooks have been a huge support to GoUNESCO. This visit gave me an opportunity to Ms. Gibson, who is the World Heritage Site Coordinator at Durham and discuss many ways of working together.
