One thing not miss here
Don't miss the wall paintings and medieval tiles still surviving in places at St Augustine's Abbey
Ate at
Nadine's cafe (just round the corner from the abbey)
Canterbury Cathedral from St Augustine's Abbey

Canterbury Cathedral from St Augustine’s Abbey

Got to spend a gloriously sunny day in Canterbury on Saturday. We started at St Augustine’s Abbey before following the World Heritage logo trail (its set into the pavements) to St Martin’s Church. It’s an incredible little Saxon church with a fabulous roof and a Roman door! Later we walked round to the Cathedral, which was packed but absolutely fabulous!
