Fatehpur Sikri Fatehpur Sikri Fatehpur Sikri Fatehpur Sikri

I had visited Fatehpur Sikri on the 7th of October, the weather being too hot than usual was a little challenging. But rest was the best experience in the world.

This World Heritage Site has a number of structures, and not all of them were built at the same time. They were built over a course of time. The structures at the City of Victory – Fatehpur Sikri are divided into three complexes ; the Mosque Complex, the Royal Complex and the Public Complex. Thus it becomes a little difficult to cover all of it in a day specially if you are one of those who likes to enjoy beautiful things at his/her own pace. Every building here has a story, which is unique and there is no one structure that wouldn’t leave you mesmerized.  It is advisable to go as early as possible and spend the entire day at this place. There is a lot to see and lot more to experience.
